Dr. Tanner Miller has received specialized training in specific orthopedic procedures. He has experience performing cruciate surgeries (both Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomies (TPLO’s) and Extracapsular Suture repairs), fracture repairs, luxating patella surgeries, and femoral head and neck ostectomies (FHO’s).
Wildcat Vet Clinic also performs most surgeries with a CO2 laser scalpel that minimizes bleeding, bruising, and pain. This allows us to resect gingival hyperplasia and oral masses with minimal bleeding, stenotic nares surgery, among other procedures.
We have other doctors (Dr. Elli Unruh and Dr. Holly Harris) that perform Extracapsular suture repairs, FHO’s, mpl’s at Paola Vet Clinic.
(Note: Most of our doctors can do an FHO. Dr. Tanner would be the only one doing a TPLO and most fracture repairs.)
